Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch August 16, 1929
Mrs. Julia Hendricks Lambert, aged 88 years, died at 4 o'clock this morning at the 
Mary F. Ballentine Home. She was a native of Cumberland, Va., and had been a 
resident of Norfolk for 17 years.
Surviving her are one sister, Mrs. T. H. Perkins, of Charlottesville, Va.; two  
nieces, Mrs. C. A. Moyers, of Pulaski, Va., and Mrs. Alice H. Murrell, of Los 
Angeles, Cal., and two nephews, Merritt H. and Walter Guthrie, of Petersburg, Va.
Funeral services will be held at the home Saturday afternoon at 4 o'clock, Rev. 
George Wesley Jones, D.D., officiating. Interment, Elmwood cemetery.
