                                   DIED.
LAMBERT - At his father's residence, on Lambert's Point, Norfolk county, Va., 
Saturday evening, January 3d, 1880, of consumption, WM. J. LAMBERT, in the 32d 
year of his age.
His funeral will take place from the residence of his father, John H. Lambert, 
TUESDAY, January 6th, 1880, at 2 o'clock p.m. Friends and acquaintances of the 
family are invited to attend.
          Farewell you fleeting earth, farewell,
          Your springs of joy are dry.
          My soul now seeks a resting place,
          A brighter world on high.
          Farewell to friends whose tender care
          Has long been my embrace,
          I now exchange my friends below
          For friends in a better place.
