A native of Columbus, Miss., where she spent her childhood, Mrs. Lancaster was the daughter of the late William N. and Frances Henry Ottley and the widow of Arthur J. Lancaster. Her first marriage was to George Doniphan Parker, Jr., of Berkley, and she came here as a bride in 1903. Of this marriage she is survived by a daughter, Mary Parker Old, the wife of James E. Old, Jr. Mr. Parker died in 1912. She also is survived by a grandchild, Arthur Doniphan Old; two brothers, Marcelle Ottley of Norfolk and Clifton Ottley of Columbus, Miss. and a number of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Lancaster was an active and devoted member of St. Bride's Episcopal Church, a member of the choir, a teacher in the Sunday school, for many years president of the Altar Guild and an officer of the Woman's Auxiliary of St. Bride's Guild. For a number of years she was secretary to the principal of the Robert Gatewood School and was greatly beloved, especially in her church circles. Funeral services will be conducted in St. Bride's Episcopal Church tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock and burial will be in the family plot in Magnolia Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the residence until the funeral.
