                               ENNETT LAND
Funeral services for Bennett Land, aged 74, who died Saturday morning, were 
conducted yesterday afternoon at 3 p.m., at the residence, 330 Fairfax avenue, by 
Rev. D. W. Howard, of St. Luke's Episcopal church. Pallbearers were Dr. L. C. 
Shepherd, F. C. Hancock, F. H. Smith, R. O. Tate, H. E. Land, A. W. Creecy, J. L. 
Pebworth and J. R. Coupland. Burial was private in Elmwood cemetery.
Mr. Land was in the real estate business and was well known in this city. He had 
been a resident of Norfolk for 40 years. He was a member of Ruth Lodge, A.F. and 
A.M., and of St. Luke's church.
