NORFOLK - Mrs. Viola Pritt Land, 78, of 705 Spotswood Ave., Apt. A4, the wife of 
Herbert M. Land and a native of Hot Springs, Va., died Wednesday in a hospital.
She worked for Texaco Oil Co. for 30 years and retired. She was a member of 
Epworth United Methodist Church.
Survivors also include a brother, Melton F. Pritt of San Francisco.
A funeral will be held Friday at 3 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery by Dr. Francis Garrett 
and Dr. R. Orman Bryant. Cox Funeral Home has charge. Memorial donations may be 
made to the Cancer Fund.
