Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Friday, January 19, 2001 
Elizabeth ``Nina'' Lane of the 800 block of Whitaker Lane died Jan. 16, 2001, in
a local hospital. Born in New York City, she was a member of First Samuel
Holiness Church.

She is survived by four daughters, Sharon Lane of New York City, Caprice Lane
Brooks, Evelyn Lane and Carlette Lane, all of Norfolk; a brother, James A. Brown
of Norfolk; eight grandchildren; and lifetime friend, Roy Felton. She was
predeceased by a son, Carlton Lankford.

A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Graves Funeral Home with burial in
Calvary Cemetery . A wake service will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the
funeral home. The family will receive friends at 819 E. 29th St., Apt.1, Norfolk.
