Virginian-Pilot March 6, 1927
Miss Sarah R. Langley, a native of Norfolk, and a daughter of the late Charles H. 
and Portia V. Langley, died at her residence, 611 Raleigh avenue, last night at 
9:20 o'clock. She is survived by five sisters, Mrs. Charles G. Bosher, of 
Richmond; Mrs. P. E. Lewis, of Salisbury, N.C.; Mrs. E. P. Crockett and Miss Leila 
H. and Miss Annie L. Langley, both of Norfolk, and two brothers, E. P. Langley, of 
Philadelphia, and J. D. Langley, of Denver, Col.
Funeral services will be held at the residence tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock, 
the Rev. J. C. Robertson, pastor of Ghent M. E. Church, officiating. Interment 
will be private.
