Virginian-Pilot  December 4, 1946
Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Galvin Lanigan, who died Saturday at the residence, 391O Big 
Ben Road, were conducted yesterday at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church by 
the Rev. Francis Klemmer. Present in the sanctuaty were the Rev. Edward W. 
Johnston, the Rev. Paul V. Heller, the Rev. M. J. Harrison, the Rev. P. C. 
Blackburn, the Rev. A. Canas, the Rev. John Ryan, the Rev. L. L. Speight and the 
Rev. Joseph V. Brennan. Interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Pallbearers were William Davie, John Manby, Joe Caffey, Martin Bannon, James E. 
Prince, Herbert Hudgins, Erick Lancaster and Raymond Bell.
