Mrs. Hattie Lankford of 330 E. Bute Street died at the Norfolk Protestant 
Hospital, after a week’s illness. Her funeral was held from St. John A. M. E. 
Church Tuesday afternoon, June 7th at two o’clock. The remains were laid to rest 
in Calvary Cemetery.
