Lasater and the late Mrs. Elizabeth Gattis Lasater, a native of Greensboro, N.C. and a resident of Norfolk for the past 12 years, died at a local hospital yesterday at 11:45 a.m. He was a member of the First Congregational Christian Church and resided at 6130 Chesapeake Blvd. Mr. Lasater was a salesman for Hofheimer's Shoe Store for the past 12 years, and was a veteran of Word War II. Surviving, besides his wife and father, are one son, William Robert Lasater Jr., of Norfolk, three sisters, Mrs. M. K. Reome, of Cannon, Col., Mrs. L. P. Earnhardt, of High Point, N.C., and Mrs. A. A. Wisniewski, of Silver Spring, Md., and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at Ewell and Williamson Funeral Home tomorrow at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Groves, 1319 N.
