Virginian-Pilot May 30, 1924
John L. Lascara, aged 23, son of Michael and Mrs. Rosa Lascara, died yesterday 
morning at 5:45 o’clock at the residence, 1819 Willoughby avenue. He was a native 
and lifelong resident of Norfolk. Besides his parents, he is survived by a sister, 
Miss Estelle Lascara, and three brothers, Joseph V., Nathaniel E. and G. F. 
Lascara, all of Norfolk. Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow morning at 10 
o’clock at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary’s cemetery.
