Virginian-Pilot  November 19, 1929
Vincent Lascara, aged 74, died at 5 a.m. yesterday at his residence, 729 Park 
avenue. He was a native of Italy, but had been a resident of Norfolk for the past 
47 years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary C. Lascara; three daughters, Mrs. 
J. Caleo, Mrs. F. Coppola and Miss Cecelia Lascara; five sons, Joseph, Frank W., 
D. P., J. B. and Vincent Lascara, Jr., all of Norfolk; one sister, Mrs. A. Padula, 
of Chicago; one brother, M. Lascara, of Norfolk; 13 grandchildren, and 15 great-
grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church tomorrow morning at 10 
o’clock. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
