Norfolk Journal and Guide,Saturday,Nov 4,1944
George H. Lassiter - Funeral services for Mr. Lassiter of Dusches avenue, who
died on Oct. 20, were held on Oct. 26 from New Calvary Baptist Church with the
Rev. R. L. Laws officiating. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Maggie Lassiter, two
sons, and two daughters. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral
Home in charge.
