Virginian-Pilot, March 14, 1900


Lassiter-At the residence, No. 567 East Main Street, Tuesday, March 13th, 1900, 
at 5 o’clock a.m., Mrs. Virginia Lassiter, widow of Captain Thomas R. Lassiter.
The funeral will take place from St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Wednesday Morning 
at 10 o’clock. Friends of the family invited to attend.

Virginian-Pilot, March 14, 1900

Mrs. Virginia Lassiter, wife of the late Captain Thomas R. Lassiter and a most 
estimable lady, passed away at her home, No. 567 East Main Street, at an early 
hour yesterday morning. Her funeral was solemnized from St. Mary’s Catholic 
Church, of which she was a devout member, at 10 o’clock this morning.
