The funeral services of Henry G. Mannie Lassiter, brother of Mrs. Ruth M. Moore, 
whose death occurred suddenly Monday night, October 27, were held at 3:30 o’clock 
Thursday afternoon Oct. 30, at the residence, 816 Johnson Avenue, with the Rev. R. 
H. Bowling, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. There was a large 
attendance and many floral offerings. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery. The 
pallbearers were members of the family.
