Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark July 5, 1915 

Pellegro Laroqua, second officer of the Italian steamer Primo, bound to Norfolk 
from Genoa and return for coal, died Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock off Cape 
Henry of chronic bronchitis. The funeral will take place from H.D. Oliver's 
Apartments, 610-612 East Freemason Street, this morning at 11 o'clock and 
interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. He was 63 years old.

The funeral of Pellegro Lavagna, second officer of the Italian steamer Primo, 
took place yesterday morning at H. D. Oliver’s Funeral Apartments on Freemason 
Street. Rev. P. P. Brennan of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, conducted the 
services. 
Interment was in St. Mary’s cemetery.
