Virginian-Pilot  Ocxtober 30, 1929
Thomas Palmer Lawler, 50, native and lifelong resident of Norfolk, died at his 
residence, 919 Westover avenue, last night at 9 o’clock. He was a son of the late 
Joseph J. and Mary Fenton Lawler, and a member of Norfolk Lodge No. 38, B.P.O.E.
He is survived by four sisters, Misses Katherine F., Alice M., Elizabeth I. and 
Mary L. Lawler, and one brother, E. F. Lawler, all of Norfolk.
Funeral services will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church tomorrow morning at 
10 o’clock. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
