Edmund Thomas Lawler - Mr. Lawler, aged 58 years, son of Mary Thomas and the late 
Robert Francis Lawler, died yesterday morning at Chester, Pa., as a result of 
injuries received in an automobile accident Friday afternoon. Mr. Lawler was a 
native and former well-known resident of Norfolk. He is survived by his mother, 
Mrs. Mary Thomas Lawler; one daughter, Miss Mildred Frances Lawler; one sister, 
Mrs. Edward Fenton Lawler, and a brother, Robert B. Lawler. Remains will be taken 
from the residence of his mother, 716 Graydon park, Norfolk, to Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church for funeral services Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock. Interment will 
be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
