NORFOLK — Mrs. Daisy Schofield Lawrence, 92, of 416 Rhode Island Ave., the widow 
of Albert David Lawrence, died Tuesday at 5:50 p.m. in a hospital.
A native of Chuckatuck, she lived here most of her life. She was retired in 1950 
as a dietician of Patrick Henry Elementary School. She was a member since 1890 
of First Baptist Church and member of the United Daughters of the Confederacy.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Robert S. Thompson Sr. and Mrs. Joseph 
Ferris Jr. of Norfolk.
The body was taken to Cox Funeral Home. 
NORFOLK — A funeral service for Mrs. Daisy Schofield Lawrence will be held today 
at 2 p.m. in Cox Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Paul Mims. Burial will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery.
