Norfolk Landmark September 2, 1896
Mrs. Hulda V. Lawson, wife of Mr. Lewis Lawson, died suddenly of heart disease at 
her residence, No. 157 Charlotte street, yesterday morning at 11:30 o'clock. The 
deceased was cut down in the prime of her life, being in the 23d year of her age 
at the time of her death. She leaves a husband and one small child. Her funeral 
will take place this afternoon at 5 o'clock from her late residence.
