LeCompte - At Denver, Col., Wednesday, October 19, 1920, EMMETT H., only son of  
Annie G. and the late Sylvanus H. LeCompte, in the 31st year of his age.
Services at H.D. Oliver's funeral apartments, No. 520 Freemason Street, SUNDAY 
AFTERNOON at 3 o'clock.  Friends of the family are invited to attend.

The remains of Emmett H. LeCompte, a former resident of Norfolk, whose death 
occurred in Denver, Colo., Wednesday at the age of 30 years, will arrive here 
this morning, accompanied by his widow.
The deceased was the son of Mrs. Annie G. and the late Sylvanus H. LeCompte. His 
mother resides in Brambleton.  Young LeCompte had been in Colorado eighteen 
months.
The funeral will be held from the apartments of Funeral Director H.D. Oliver, 
520 Freemason Street, at 3 o'clock this afternoon and will be conducted by Rev. 
James M. Owens, of St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
