Norfolk Ledger-Dispatch September 20, 1921
Ellroy C. Lee, 60 years old, died yesterday afternoon at his home, 218 Duncan 
avenue. Mr. Lee was born in Virginia, and had lived in Norfolk for fifty-five 
years, being son of the late Robert H. and Elize (sic) Lee. He is survived by his 
wife, four daughters, Mrs. Gary A. Baillio, of Norfolk; Mrs. E. T. Newell, of 
Baltimore; Miss Cary Lee and Miss Mildred Lee, both of Norfolk; two sons, Robert 
H. Lee and Ellroy C. Lee, Jr., both of Norfolk; three grandchildren, and two 
sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Bruce and Mrs. H. L. Cannon, both of Norfolk.
The funeral takes place Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the above residence.
