Foluen received his early education at St. Joseph School in Norfolk. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was honorably discharged. Foluen retired from the Naval Aviation Depot (NADEPT), Norfolk, after 27 years of service. He will be missed by his son, Guy P. Lee of Fort Valley, Ga.; a daughter, Louise Barnes of Los Angeles, Calif.; a stepson, Neville Gittens of Orange, N.J.; a grandson and a granddaughter; three nieces, Jean B. Gray, Carolyn ''Tinka'' Nixon, Barbara H. Roberts; a nephew, Wellington ''Pete'' Lee; a devoted great-niece, Deborah Bess Branch and Apryl M. Gray; six other great-nieces; a great-nephew; and several great-great-nieces and -nephews. He will also be missed by special friends, Dorothy Thompson and devoted friend, John Person. Services will be held Saturday at noon at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Norfolk, by Father Dorgan. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Hale Funeral Home is in charge.
