Mr. Legge, a native of Waterbury, Conn., retired as an Inter-American representative of the Postal, Telegraph and Telephone International in Washington, D.C. He was a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. Mr. Legge also was a member of the National Press Club and the American Postal Worker’s Union. He was former industrial secretary of the National Postal Transport Association and a former assistant secretary-treasurer of the United Federation of Postal Clerks. Survivors include his wife, Florence Dickenson Legge, a daughter, Patricia A. Foran of Norfolk, a son, William A. Legge of Laurel, Md., five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The body was taken to Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, for private burial services. Memorial donations may be made to the William C.
