FREDERICK L. LeMOSY, aged 36 years. Funeral services from St. Luke's P.E. Church THIS (Tuesday) at 12 o'clock. ************************************************************************ FUNERAL OF REV. FREDERICK L. LEMOSY The remains of Rev. Frederick L. LeMosy, ,who was kicked by a horse in a runaway accident near Forest, Bedford County, Sunday, and died that night from the effects of the blow, arrived in the city via the Norfolk and Western railroad at 10 o'clock yesterday morning. They were met at the depot by a delegation from the Brotherhood of St. Andrew and conveyed to St. Luke's P.E. Church, where a large number of sorrowing friends had gathered. The funeral services were conducted by the rector, Rev. Dr. W.A. Barr, assisted by Rev. Dr. B.D. Tucker, of St. Paul's Church and Rev. Dr. C.E. Grammer, of Christ Church. The following clergymen of the P.E. Church acted as pallbearers: Rev. C.E. Woodson, Rev. R.H. Jones, Rev. A.C. Thomson, Rev. John H. Dickinson, Rev. Z.S. Farland, Rev. R.S. Coupland and Rev. Mr. Carpenter. The interment was in Elmwood, a large number of people following the remains to their last resting place. The floral offerings were profuse. Rev. LeMosy was held in high esteem by all of our people, regardless of denominational lines, who had the pleasure of knowing him. Expressions of sorrow for his untimely death and sympathy for his widow and only child were heard on every hand yesterday.
