Ida L. Lenihan of the 1500 block of Virgilina Ave., died Sept. 17, 1992, in 
Norfolk.

Mrs. Lenihan was born in Chicago. She was a member of Immaculate Conception 
Catholic Church; 60 Plus Club of Ocean View; Norfolk Senior Center, 21st Street; 
Young at Hearts Club; Ladies of Drum Corps and the ladies auxiliary of Fleet 
Reserve Branch 60.

Survivors include her husband, Joseph Michael Lenihan; two daughters, Patricia J. 
Alexander of Chesapeake and Christine M. Spall of Mobile, Ala.; two sons, Michael 
J. Lenihan of Portsmouth and Richard P. Lenihan of Bellflower, Calif.; two 
sisters, Angeline Semerling of Chicago and Mary Sitarski of Des Plaines, Ill.; two 
brothers, Joseph Boin and Ray Boin, both of Chicago; and three grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday in Immaculate Conception 
Catholic Church, Naval Air Station, by the Rev. Ronald A. Soutiere and the Rev. 
Lou Ruoff. Entombment will be in St. Mary's Mausoleum. A Christian wake service 
will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, at 7 p.m. today. 
Memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.
