George J. William Lenz, 73, husband of the late Mrs. Mabel O'Neill, and son of 
Jacob and Mrs. Ellen Esser Lenz, died yesterday at 11:25 a.m. at his home, 700 
Oceana Apartments.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy M. Anderson, of Oceana, Mrs. 
Elaine T. Woodall, of Norfolk, and Mrs. Helen Roberts, of Miami, and 10 
grandchildren.
Mr. Lenz was a native of New York City and had been a resident of Norfolk for a 
number of years. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
The body will be taken from the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home to St. Mary’s 
Catholic Church for funeral services Wednesday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. 
Mary’s Cemetery.
