Norfolk - Funeral rites for Moses A. Levy  of 310 Ward avenue were held March 19 
in Hale Funeral Chapel.  The Rev.  J. L. Kearney delivered the eulogy.

A native of Greenville, NC, he died March 14 in a hospital.  He was the husband 
of Mrs. Sarah J. Levy and a son of the late Allen and Mrs. Georgianna Levy.

He was employed at the Golden Triangle Motor Hotel for eight years.

Besides his wife, surviving are five sons, James Levy and Jesse Levy of New 
York, Willy Levy of Norfolk, Moses Levy Jr. of Greenville, and Fred Levy of 
Washington;  four daughters, Mrs. Susie Small of Greenville, Mrs. Lendora Green 
of Norfolk, Mrs. Thelma Camps of Philadelphia, and Mrs. Esther Pury of New York;  
a brother, Aaron Lee Jones of Norfolk;  a sister, Mrs. Mary Shirden of 
Greenville;  and 27 grandchildren.

Interment was in Calvary Cemetery.
