Janice Ellen Lewis, 28, of the 1500 block of Seaboard Ave., died Nov. 12, 1994.

Mrs. Lewis was born in Norfolk and was a member of Glenrock Church of God, 
Norfolk.

Survivors include her husband, Phillip Lewis; a daughter, Tiffany Lewis and a son, 
Phillip Lewis Jr., both of Chesapeake; her mother, Mrs. Terrence Petrey of 
Chesapeake; her stepfather, Clyde Petrey of Chesapeake; two sisters, Kathy Lewis 
of Gates County, N.C. and Billie Jo McCabe of Norfolk; and two brothers, Kenneth 
Kinley and William Kinley Jr., both of Chesapeake.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, 
South Norfolk Chapel, Chesapeake, by Pastor Nathan Towe. Burial will be in St. 
Mary's Cemetery, Norfolk. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. 
Wednesday. The family will be at 500 Mooney Road, Chesapeake, after the funeral 
services.
