Funeral services for Mrs. Blanche Lewis, who died May 4 at her residence, 1616
E. Olney road, were held May 7.

She was a native of Snow Hill, MD, and had lived in Norfolk for more than 40
years. She was the daughter of the late Phillip and Jane Coleburn and the widow
of Frank Lewis.

She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Fannie Woolfork, and two sons, Elijah
Lewis and Moses Lewis of Norfolk, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Mrs. Lewis was a member of the First Calvary Baptist Church where the funeral
services were conducted May 7 at 2 p.m. by the Rev. C. E. Griffin, pastor.
Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Graves Funeral Home in charge.
