The Norfolk Virginian, March 25, 1897


Lilliston-At his residence, Union Place Huntersville, Wednesday, March 24, 
at 6 p.m., Richard Lilliston, aged 33 years, 8 months. 
The funeral will take place from the residence Friday, March 26th, at 11:00 
a.m. Friends and acquaintances respectfully invited to attend.

Death of Mr. R. Lilliston

Mr. R Lilliston, the well-known baggage man, who had been ill about a week, 
died at his home in Huntersville last evening aged 36 years. He leaves a 
widow and one child.
