Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark October 20, 1913


After an illness of about six weeks' duration, Mrs. Medora C. Lilliston, 
wife of R.B. Lilliston, died yesterday at 8:30 o'clock at the Norfolk 
Protestant hospital.  Mrs. Lilliston, who was 61 years old, had lived in 
Norfolk for 16 years.  She was a member of Spurgeon Memorial Baptist Church, 
where funeral services will be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock.  The 
interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery, Berkley.  Mrs. Lilliston is survived 
by two daughters, Mrs. Melvin Allard and Miss Belle Lilliston of Norfolk, 
and a sister, Mrs. Alice V. Coffman of Richmond.
