VIRGINIA BEACH - Retired Navy Cmdr. Hugh Wilson Lindsay, 75, of 1333 Mockingbird 
Place, the husband of Mrs. Marie Maspero Lindsay, died Wednesday in a Hampton 
hospital.
A native of Rockford, N.C., he was a member of Star of the Sea Catholic Church.
Besides his widow, survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Eugene G. Shaw of 
Greenville, N.C., and Mrs. George H. Ivie of Eden, N.C.
A funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in H. D. Oliver Funeral 
Apartments, Laskin Road. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Norfolk.
