She was the widow of John N. Linton. Mrs. Linton was a native of Camden County, North Carolina and had resided in Norfolk for a number of years. She was the daughter of the late Joseph G. and Mrs. Margaret W. Kight. Surviving are her four daughters, Mrs. George J. Tegg, Mrs. Robert Friedel, Mrs. E.A. Roughton and Mrs. George W. Blassingham, all of Norfolk; a half brother, Eugene Kight, of Norfolk; an adopted son, Harry S. Tooker, of Staten Island; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. The body will be taken from the Derry Funeral Home, 1615 Colonial avenue to the Westminster Presbyterian Church for funeral services this afternoon at 3 o'clock. The Rev. W.W. Grover, pastor of the church, will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
