The Norfolk Virginian Pilot December 18, 1943
Jesse Little, 72, husband of Evie Banes Little, died at the residence, 
Coronada, Norfolk County, last night at 10:35 o'clock.  Besides his wife he is 
survived by three daughters, Mrs. C.H. Bailey, Mrs. W.E. Kennedy and Mrs. 
Nathan O'Neal; a half-sister, Miss Exie Little; a half-brother, J.C. Little, 
all of Norfolk; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  Mr. Little 
was a native of Edgecombe County, N.C., and had been a resident of Norfolk for 
50 years.  He was a member of the Christian Temple, Lamberts Point Lodge No. 
99, I.O.O.F. and Norfolk Council No 2 O.F.A.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home tomorrow 
afternoon at 3:30 o'clock.  Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
