NORFOLK — Mrs. Josephine Spasaro LoCascio, 84, widow of Santo LoCascio and 
daughter of Annunzioto and Mrs. Mary Grace M Spasaro, died yesterday at 8:43 a.m., 
at her residence, 9550 Wells Pkwy.

She was a native of Sicily and had resided in Norfolk for the past 63 years. She 
was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and Roma Lodge No. 251.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Mary L. Morra, Mrs. Genevieve L. Caprio 
and Mrs. Grace L. Meloni, all of Norfolk; three sons, Charles W. LoCascio and 
Joseph N. LoCascio both of Norfolk and Ted J. LoCascio of Suffolk; 10 
grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Charles Spasaro of Los 
Angeles, Calif., and a number of nieces and nephews.

The body will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Holy Trinity 
Catholic Church for funeral services Wednesday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. 
Mary’s Cemetery. Rosary services will be conducted tomorrow at 8 p.m. Family will 
be at 9550 Wells Pkwy.
