The deceased was a member of the Brotherhood of Boiler-Makers, Iron Shipbuilders of the World, and the Ancient Order of Hibernians. He was 26 years old and unmarried. A widowed mother survives him. His obsequies were held under the auspices of the organizations to which he belonged. Additional Comments: From the funeral record, his last name may have been Lofters.
