Lofurno, 76, retired antiques dealer and musician, died Wednesday at 9:50 p.m. in a Norfolk hospital. His shop formerly was in the 800 block of Duke street. A native of Nicosia, Italy, he had lived in Norfolk 60 years, lately at 1904 DeBree Ave. He was the husband of Mrs. Rose Augustine Lofurno and a son of Anthony and Mrs. Nicola Martini Lofurno. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He was a past president of Local 125, American Federation of Musicians, Norfolk Elks Lodge 138, Norfolk Fraternal Order of Eagles, and Roma Sons of Italy. Besides his wife, surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Lucille M. Fleetwood of Norfolk; three sons Frank A. Lofurno of Hampton and Joseph F. Lofurno of Portsmouth; one sister, Mrs. Felix ReDavid, and one brother, John Lofurno, both of Norfolk, and eight grandchildren. The body was taken to H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments. NORFOLK - The body of Frank S. Lofurno, who died Wednesday in a Norfolk hospital, will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Sacred Heart Catholic Church for a funeral service today at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
