He was employed by Joynes Tire Co. for approximately 15 years. Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Caroline Fortune, Mrs. Mary Lee Pleasant, and Mrs. Pearl Childs of Bowling Green; and a brother, James Lomax of Norfolk. A funeral will be held Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. in Hale Funeral Parlor by the Rev. J. L. Kearney. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The funeral procession will leave from 3323 Loaln St., Norfolk, the home of his brother.
