Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, November 29, 1992 
Miss Mary V. Lomax of the 2400 block of Hale St., a retired teacher, died Nov.
28, 1992, in a local hospital.

Miss Lomax was born in Norfolk, Va. and was employed by Norfolk Public Schools.
She was the daughter of the late Sarah Lomax and Charles Lomax.

Survivors include five nieces, Myrtle L. Fauntleroy, Doris L. Goins, Ednae L.
Rose, Florence L. Eley and Audrey Williams; a nephew, Roger Matthews; and a host
of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, at Bank Street
Memorial Baptist Church by the Rev. Kirkland-Harris. Burial will be in Calvary
Cemetery . The body will be placed in the church at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. Viewing
will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday at Riddick Funeral Service.
