Virginian-Pilot  August 22, 1918
The death of William Longworth occurred early yesterday morning at the residence 
on Chapel street. Mr. Longworth, who was 53 years of age, had been ill for two 
months. He was a native of New York, but had made Norfolk his home for 36 years. 
He is survived by a stepson, Claude Curling. The funeral will be held at 11 
o’clock tomorrow. Interment will be in Forest Lawn cemetery.

Additional Comments:
He was buried in St. Mary's Cemetery, according to HD Oliver Funeral Apt. records.
