Loughlin of this city, which occurred at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Md. yesterday, there passed away another of a famous circus and theatrical family, known professionally as the Costellos. Charles Loughlin was also known all over the country as a typical traveling printer, musician and all round good fellow of the old school. A native of Norfolk, he had put in some of the best years of his life in "sticking" type for the local newspapers, as well as many other publications throughout the United States and Canada. Of genial and sympathetic disposition, he made friends wherever he went, and his death will be deeply regretted by all who knew him. Mr. Loughlins's death followed a surgical operation for which he entered the Baltimore hospital about ten days ago. Mr. Loughlin is survived by a brother, Dave Loughlin of Henderson, N.C., the last of the celebrated Norfolk family which was originally composed of Will, George, Dave, Harry and Charles Loughlin known as the Costello Brothers, who achieved prominence in the circus ring as acrobats, aerialists, contortionists and bareback riders, and who were connected with the Barnum and Bailey and other large circuses touring the country. The body of Mr. Loughlin, who was 57 years of age, will arrive here from Baltimore Saturday morning. Arrangements for the funeral will be announced later. ******************************************************************** The body of Charles M.
