Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, January 20, 1991 
Willotte Lowe, of the 500 block of Liberty St., a retired clerk, died Jan. 18,
1991, in a hospital.

Mrs. Lowe, a native of Suffolk, retired from the Virginia Employment Commission
after eight years. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons, Edward M. Lowe of Norfolk, Milton T. Lowe of
Columbus, Ga., and Cordie L. Lowe of Reston; 11 grandchildren; and 13
great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Shiloh Baptist Church by the
Rev. John Foster. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The body will be placed
in the church at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Friends may join the family at 1906
Springfield Ave. Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
