LOWE DIES AT HOSPITAL Owner of Ocean View Cottage Succumbs at Age of 65 William T. Lowe, owner of the Lowe Cottage at Ocean View, died yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock in a local hospital. He was 65 years old. Mr. Lowe was well known here. He was the son of the late Jesse T. and Mrs. Bettie Brooks Lowe. A native of North Carolina, he had made his home in this section for many years. Besides his wife, Mrs. Ella D. Lowe, Mr. Lowe is survived by two sons, Robert W. Lowe, of Richmond and Marvin Lowe, of Ocean View, one daughter, Mrs. George L. Wonycutt, of Ocean View, two brothers, Otto S. Lowe, of Cape Charles and Jesse O. Lowe, of South Norfolk and two sisters, Mrs. Mattie Duxbury and Mrs. James Eason, of South Norfolk. The body was removed to the funeral home of J.R. Williams, 1027 Chesapeake Avenue, South Norfolk. Funeral arrangements had not been completed last night.
