Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - July 1, 1993
Neal Holtzman Lowell, 94, died June 29, 1993, in a local hospital. 
Mrs. Lowell was a native of Norfolk. She was the widow of Frederick D. Lowell and 
was an Episcopalian. 
Survivors include a son, Frank Holtzman Lowell of Norfolk; a granddaughter, 
Lonetia L. Gerken, and two great-grandchildren, all of Wilton, Conn. 
A memorial graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Fridayin Elmwood 
Cemetery in Norfolk by the Rev. Winn Lewis. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, is 
handling arrangements. 
Memorial donations may be made to the Norfolk Fire & Paramedical Services, 540 E. 
City Hall Ave., Norfolk, VA 23510.
