NORFOLK - David Lucas of 3134 Schooley Ave. died Tuesday in a hospital after a 
short illness.

A native of Statesboro, Ga., he was the husband of the late Mrs. Eva Lucas and a 
son of the late Zack and Mrs. Mattie Lucas.

Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Emma Lawson of Norfolk, and a grandchild.

A funeral service will be held Saturday at 2p.m. in First Calvary Chapel by the 
Rev. Herbert Hill. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in 
charge.
