Lufsey, 1708 Richmond Avenue, aged 71 years. He had been in failing health for the last 12 months. Mr. Lufsey was originally from Petersburg, but had made his home in this city for the last 15 years. He formerly was engaged in business here, but retired about two years ago on account of ill health. He is survived by two sons, F.A. and C.C. Lufsey and two daughters, Mrs. H.S. Tucker and Mrs. L. Bauer, all of Portsmouth; a brother, W.D. Lufsey, of Petersburg and nine grandchildren. Mr. Lufsey was a member of Jackson Memorial Baptist Church, where the funeral service will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Burial will take place in Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk.
