PORTSMOUTH - Betty J. "BJ" Mack, 42, of the 1600 block of Prentis Ave., passed
away Jan. 31, 2011. She was predeceased by a daughter, Akayla Mack. She is
survived by three daughters, LaDonna, LaWonna and Asiah Mack; her parents, Kay
and Odis Mack Sr.; special father, Fred Yates Sr. (Arlene); one sister, Donna
Barrow; two brothers, Fred Yates and Odis Mack Jr.; special friend, Anthony
Ferguson; and a host of other relatives and friends. A funeral will be held at
11 a.m. Tuesday in Metropolitan Funeral Service, Granby St. Chapel. The Rev.
Gregory Chapman will officiate. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery, Norfolk.
