The Norfolk Virginian Pilot Sunday February 19, 1950
Mrs. Lillian B. Mackenzie, 68, died in a Norfolk hospital yesterday at 3:30 
a.m. She was a lifelong resident of Norfolk and was a daughter of the late 
Samuel W. and Mrs. Martha Deal Leggett. She had been ill for several years.
She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. D.D. Pitts, of Norfolk, and Mrs. E.C. 
Hollowell, of Deep Creek, one niece and several nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at the James V. Derry Funeral Chapel 
tomorrow at 3 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
