Norfolk Journal and Guide, Feb. 22,1947
Mrs. Helen Ruth Macon - Funeral services for Mrs. Macon, 740 East Princess 
Anne road, who died Feb. 7, were held Feb. 12 from First Calvary Baptist 
Church with the Rev. C. E. Griffin officiating.  Interment was in Calvary 
Cemetery.  Riddick Funeral Home handled the arrangements.

She is survived by two daughters;  Miss Baker, and Mrs. Delores M. Riddick;  
two grothers, the Rev. Ulysses S. Green, of Philadelphia, PA, and Willis 
Green, of Washington, DC, and other relatives.
